The large and spacious property is located on a south-facing slope, far from the main road. This makes it perfect for families with young children. The recreational home offers little explorers a herb garden, old chestnut trees and meadows a lot of space to play and explore in nature. During the day the little ones can let off steam in their own children's playground. You can end the evening comfortably on the terrace/balcony with a barbecue. Each apartment has its own charcoal grill. Thanks to its wonderful location, the farm is sun-drenched and a good starting point for excursions with the kids.

You can reach many walking and hiking trails, which are also suitable for strollers, directly from the apartments,. If your kids children want to experience even more adventure in nature, bike tours of different lengths are available. The many bike paths also run around the property, through forests and meadows. On hot summer days, bathing fun at the nearby lake should, of course, not be missing.

Children who are a little older can live out their urge for adventure and exercise in the climbing park. It is as suitable for a family excursion as a visit to the King-Otto- stalactite cave near Velburg, which is known for its particularly beautiful stone formations. If the little explorers are enthusiastic about knights, they can quench their thirst for knowledge by climbing and visiting Velburg Castle. The entire family can learn something new during an entertaining hike on the adjacent forest nature trail. The hollow hole in St. Wolfgang is also worth an exciting excursion.
